Sending Housing and Urban Development to Detroit would be good for Detroit and good for the capital. Detroit has a need for urban development so putting the urban developers right there in the Motor City would be a marriage made in heaven. Even better, Detroit has lots of slums that were in no small way created by the idiocy of the Department of Housing and urban Development.

Help me here as I play with an idea I had about poverty in America

The idea I’m working my way into is that America’s poor do not suffer from a lack of material wealth; they suffer badly from a lack of spiritual and moral wealth, combined with situations dangerous enough to qualify for the worst slums in South Africa. Imagine how different hings would be if one could introduce into America’s worst communities a culture of traditional morality, rather than a culture of Black Lives Matter?

And for the people in the media who don’t understand the Constitution (that would be almost everyone), let me explain: As long as Trump doesn’t pass laws shutting down the media, or engage in acts that deprive reporters of their civil rights, there’s absolutely nothing wrong with him treating the American media with the contempt it deserves.
