Sultan Knish: Weimar America

If Democrats really want to stop the rise of Neo-Nazi violence, there’s a very easy way. Stop normalizing black nationalism and the Alt-Left. End the racist witch hunts for white privilege. Make it clear that street violence is unacceptable and that racism is bad no matter who it comes from. Allow people you disagree with to express their views without trying to destroy their lives.

Implicit Bias is the New Original Sin  |  Ricochet

Thanks to US immigration policy and the forward progression of time, there are many people, white and otherwise, who now live in America and can legitimately claim that they had absolutely nothing to do with the injustices of slavery and Jim Crow, because they weren’t here while these things were going on and aren’t related to anyone who was. So, there needs to be a myth that proves that racism is just part of man’s fallen nature. The Old Testament has Eve eating the fruit of the Tree of Knowledge; Science™ has the Implicit Association Test.

There are actually multiple Implicit Association Tests (you can try them out here, if you like), but the first one is the “Race IAT”, which claims to show that Americans implicitly associate “European Americans” with “Good concepts” and “African Americans” with “Bad concepts.”

I took two of these tests. Basically, the results simply measured my response time. Since I’m right-handed, my right-hand response times (faster) showed I’m a racist. Hardly scientific.

A Memo to Google Employees on the Recent Outrage – Crisis Magazine

By the way, I hope you all noticed the exemplary actions recently by Lena Dunham in reporting a non-approved private conversation by American Airline employees. Her vigilance, I’m afraid, puts to shame a segment of our employees. As I have mentioned several times before, not all Google employees are submitting the required number of “Narrative of Recorded Conversation” (NARC) forms to the HR department. Remember, we need a minimum of ten forms per month from each employee. If you can’t get that number, then you are simply not doing your share to nurture our community. And, please, on your forms, remember to name names. If you have any further questions on how best to report on fellow employees, please contact Stasi R. Cumming, Vice President of the Radical Alteration Taskforce (RAT).

Blog: GOP donor sues party for fraud over Obamacare repeal

The GOP “has been engaged in a pattern of Racketeering which involves massive fraud perpetrated on Republican voters and contributors as well as some Independents and Democrats,” the suit said. Racketeering, perhaps better known for use in prosecuting organized crime, involves a pattern of illegal behavior by a specific group.

Blog: You just might be a Progressive Democrat if…

If you believe that being gay is hardwired and unchangeable but insist that male and female are merely social constructs and that folks can change their “gender identities” from one day to the next, there’s a good chance you are a Progressive Democrat.

The gay lifestyle is an unhealthy one. Does that affect military service?

Gay sex is physically destructive. While a horny heterosexual man in the military may be a walking collection of STDs thanks to his contact with the prostitutes who cluster around the military (as they have done since time immemorial), his bodily integrity will remain intact. He won’t have fecal incontinence, rectal bleeding, prolapsed rectums, mountainous hemorrhoids, etc. And given that his job is to fight, that bodily integrity is good enough for the military.

Graphic. And obvious.

Not a Good Look for Connecticut Higher Ed – The American Interest

But surely the services that colleges offer are so obviously worthwhile that such lawsuits should fall flat on their face…right? On the contrary, the courts are in many cases ruling for the plaintiffs in such cases, suggesting that those who argue college is often a ripoff are not so far off the mark.

A degree in anything ending with with the word ‘studies’ is a blatant ripoff.
