Kristi Noem Is[n’t] Right About Employer Vaccine Mandates

She’s wrong, of course.

Government’s job is to protect the rights of citizens. Businesses that transgress citizens’ rights need to be reigned in. That’s where she’s wrong.

Businesses are private entities. Citizens are private entities. Since when does one private entity have the right to mandate another private entity do something in violation of their rights?

Being an employee does not mean you are owned by the business. You are NOT ‘their’ employee. That would make you a de facto slave. I was under the impression that we had outlawed slavery in this country.

In fact, it is the other way around. Citizens are real. Business as a ‘private entity’ is a legal fiction. They don’t really exist. A ‘business entity’ is a just collection of other private citizens who, again, have no right to mandate another private citizen do anything in violation of their rights as citizens.

Reason Magazine taking her side shows (as if it needed showing again) why ‘libertarianism’ is a false road to travel. Slavery is okay with them as long as it is done by private business. There’s no concern about individual rights, or community traditions, or religious beliefs.

Can gas stations be held liable for selling to DWI drivers?

And now, from New Mexico, comes a Florida-man level of judicial stupidity:

If you make the station attendant responsible for ensuring the sobriety of customers, they will either have to walk out of the station every time someone pulls up to the pumps or discontinue the self-serve option altogether. That would be even more disruptive to the industry.

Two things I see here. One, it could be the lawyers are just looking for someone with deep pockets to go after. Greedy liberals they are, but that’s redundant. Two, a case could be made that this is another environmentalist attack on the oil industry.

Personally, I’m going with #2.

In other words there is no public health benefit to the jabs.  These fully vaccinated people not only got the virus they gave it to others.  That, my friends, is what everyone claimed wouldn’t happen — if you got jabbed you protected other people … We now know that claim was a lie.  It was a lie by lack of knowledge before; now it is a straight-up knowing lie to repeat it.

Add this to all the other lies.

Why would you take any sort of personal health advice — now that it’s admitted that’s all the jab advocacy is — from the very same people who have been caught lying serially on virtually every topic related to Covid since last spring?

How ‘Experts’ Abused Science to Saddle America with the Microaggression Mania — The James G. Martin Center for Academic Renewal

I think the very idea of ‘microaggressions’ is a Communists attack on Western Civilization in general and myself personally. My evidence is my ‘lived experience.’ You’re a racist, bigoted, heterophobe if you disagree.

Further strengthening the authors’ argument about the unscientific nature of microaggression research is the way its proponents have responded to the few scholars who have dared to question their methods and conclusions.

For example, when Sue’s research was finally critically analyzed for its weak-to-nonexistent evidence, he responded that what constitutes evidence “is bathed in the values of the dominant society.” But that is no answer at all, as he is saying that the well-established norms of science and academic discourse should not apply to his pet ideas. No one should be allowed to proclaim scientific findings and then declare that normal scientific skepticism toward them is inappropriate.

Or consider the way Monnica Williams replied to criticism of her microaggression research by the late Scott Lilienfeld, professor of psychology at Emory University. She maintained that his insistence on proof was trumped by her “lived experience,” and even said that it was a microaggression for white professors to demand that microaggression proponents prove their case.

Because of such unscientific responses to criticism, Cantu and Jussim write that microaggression research exemplifies “aggressive fragility.”

The left (and a lot of the right) elite are the most corrupt and incompetent buffoons since late Roman decadence. It’s probably inevitable when you have vast resources, a concentration of power, and a fawning news media/public opinion.

Everything about them, from their family lives to their business doings to their public and private behavior, when poked at exudes a stench that tells you their bios are like a demon’s resume. It’s filth layered on filth and given a veneer of normalcy that wouldn’t fool anyone who looked at it more than two seconds.

Dune and Covid

Reverend Mother Gaius Helen Mohiam:

In Dune, the science-fiction masterpiece by Frank Herbert, there was a test you had to take to ‘prove’ you were a human. This test involved something that instilled fear in you and a ‘gom jabbar’. The gom jabbar was a poisoned needle held at your throat during the test. You had to be perfectly still. No flinching.
To pass the test, thus proving you were human, you conquered your fear, did not flinch, and did not receive the gom jabbar.
If you failed the test, flinched, thus proving you were not human, you received the poisoned needle – the gom jabbar – and died.
Fear of Covid is our test. A fear that is being artificially promulgated by government, ‘celebrities’, corporations, and other shadowy ‘elites’ for nefarious purposes.
Will you succumb to it? Will you unthinkingly ‘flinch’ and receive the alleged ‘vaccine’ – the ‘gom jabbar’ – the experimental genetic treatment with unknown but likely detrimental side effects… including death?
Or will you conquer the false fear of Covid, thus proving you are an intelligent human being, one who doesn’t flinch due to fear, and reject the alleged ‘vaccine’?

Elite Panic vs. the Resilient Populace

The Ohio State team produced a number of reports and helped influence the nascent study of humans and disaster. But the lessons of the Alaska quake tend to be forgotten when the world turns scary. In case after case, officials have reverted to the traditional view: that the civilian populace is not to be trusted in an emergency. Not surprisingly, this tendency towards elite panic is itself one of the key stumbling blocks to coping with disasters.

We certainly see it in the response to the coronavirus pandemic. From the first appearance of the virus in the United States, officials at the federal level, including the Centers for Disease Control and the Food and Drug Administration, tried to maintain tight control over the fight against the new disease. Undoubtedly, individual staffers at those institutions are deeply committed to public health. But those agencies’ policies implied that independent medical organizations shouldn’t be allowed to make major decisions about the coming pandemic.

Is Islam a Religion?

Short answer; no.

The standard rebuttal that all faiths have at one time or another shown themselves prone to violence and repression misses the essential point. All the major religions have reformed themselves, reducing or eliminating the all-too-human tendency to sanctimonious oppression—and none of these faiths, let us remember, endorsed oppression as a universal creedal or Divine imperative. Such is not the case with Islam, a communion that since its inception in the 7th century has seldom strayed from its sanguinary path of carnage and subdual.…

… The Founders, Bynum asserts, “clearly meant to define religion in a Judeo-Christian context.” Islam, however, “is self-segregating, fosters ideas of Muslim supremacy and thereby sows seeds of social discord.” What kind of religion, we might ask, degrades women as second-class citizens, approves anti-Semitism, preaches hatred against “infidels,” sponsors terrorist attacks on an almost daily basis with Koranic warrant, and wishes to impose Sharia, “a parallel legal system based on inequality,” on its Western host countries?

Furthermore, as we have seen, Islam insists on territorial sovereignty and does not distinguish between theology and politics, which is why its definitional status as a “religion” is or should be moot.

Justifying “Islamophobia”

My assessment of Islam, conclusively supported by indisputable facts, is that it is a dangerous, destructive and death-bearing belief system of a long-ago savage people that has inflicted and continues to inflict misery and death to people.  According to Christopher Hitchens, Islamophobia is a word created by fascists, and used by cowards, to manipulate morons.

Islam is a degenerate, hate-filled political ideology that should be banned in any civilized society. Its adherents should be expelled or executed. Its ‘mosques’ and other properties should be confiscated by the state.

Those who believe Islam is a ‘peaceful religion’ are deluded Islam-deniers who should be expelled also.
