I was downloading a database of his chess games and decided to read his Wikipedia entry to see what he’s been up to. This was a bit of a shock.

Viktor Lvovich Korchnoi (23 March 1931 – 6 June 2016) was a chess grandmaster and writer. He is considered one of the strongest players never to have become World Chess Champion.

City’s powerful unions have used violence, vandalism to dominate the building sector. Now, they have drones.

It obviously increases the level of intimidation,” says one Philadelphia resident who’s been subjected to union intimidation in the past and asked to remain unnamed for fear of retribution. “How do you prove that someone is flying a drone over you? Police can identify a car sitting across from your house or a man sitting across from your children taking pictures. But a drone– you don’t know who’s flying it. That’s more scary. And I think they will use it in that way.”

Another good reason to shoot drones out of the sky.

‘Three Black Teenagers’: Anger as Google Image Search Shows Police Mugshots | American Renaissance

Kabir Alli of Virginia posted a clip to Twitter of himself carrying out a straightforward search of “three black teenagers”, which overwhelmingly turns up prisoners’ mugshots.

“Now let’s just change the colour …”

He and others erupt in laughter when the result for “three white teenagers” show stock photos of smiling, wholesome-looking young people.

Truth hurts, doesn’t it?
